What we’re about
Welcome to the Abnormal Cells Book Club!
This is a book club for women ages 35–65 who have had cancer or are currently in treatment. We gather monthly to support each other in the unique way only those of us who’ve tangled with cancer can.
But this isn’t just about cancer, far from it. We’re here to reclaim joy, curiosity, and connection through great books and meaningful conversation. That means choosing stories that don’t revolve around illness, because there’s so much more to who we are.
There doesn’t seem to be a cancer support group on the Eastside, so we’re building our own together.
