MyoYin brings together two powerful healing modalities - myofascial release using massage balls and long, passive Yin Yoga holds - into a single, deeply integrative practice.
Working below the surface of muscle, this combination targets the fascial body hydrating connective tissue, dissolving held tension, and restoring the body's natural ease and mobility.
Practiced together, the effects are amplified and leaves you more spacious, more at home in your body, and genuinely restored from the inside out.
In this introductory workshop, you will explore the foundational techniques of both practices, building body awareness while calming the nervous system and releasing chronic aches and holding patterns.
No prior experience is necessary - only a willingness to slow down and listen.
With over 30 years of dedicated practice and certifications in Yin Yoga, MyoYin, meditation, mindfulness, and Holistic Health training from Kripalu, Lisa weaves somatic awareness and mindful movement into a deeply nourishing path of body-mind wellness - bringing deep training and genuine presence to every class she teaches.
