The Unburdening Workshop

A New Moon Practice

Join licensed therapist, certified somatic yoga teacher, and energy healer Jill Vetstein, MSW, LICSW, for a gentle somatic yoga practice, guided Unburdening Meditation, and energy healing experience inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Guided by the intention of the New Moon, we'll create space to let go of what no longer serves you so you can intentionally welcome what you are ready to bring into your life.

During this workshop, you'll:

• Learn how emotional and energetic burdens can be carried from our own life experiences and family lineage, and how our parts, inner children, shadows, lifetimes, and even different versions of ourselves can all be invited into the unburdening process
• Experience gentle somatic yoga to prepare the body, awaken the flow of energy, and create space for the unburdening process
• Be guided through a Quantum Unburdening Meditation, using the natural elements as a ritual for transmuting what is ready to be released—without needing to know exactly what you're letting go of or relive difficult experiences
• Set meaningful intentions for what you wish to welcome into your life during the new lunar cycle
• Receive Reiki and Quantum Energy Healing to fill the space created through release with healing light
• Complete the journey through closing somatic movement, helping the body integrate the healing and embody your intentions

Leave with a greater sense of openness, alignment, and trust as you step into the new lunar cycle with intention, clarity, and space for what is ready to unfold.

No prior yoga, meditation, or energy healing experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
