Alice Angel’s Food Distro - We Need Volunteers

This Food Distribution is to help the community of and around the Highland Park Assembly Church. They need volunteers!

This is a Saturday Event!

The Food Bank truck is scheduled to arrive around 8:00 am. The plan is to distribute to 200 families starting around 10:00 ending at 11:30 or until the food runs out. Below is a breakdown of how we hope the morning will go BUT this is a new distro - be flexible, expect changes! :)

Start 8:30
Set up tents, tables, chairs and help where needed.
Truck should arrive - driver will unload the truck: 8 - 8:15
Divide Food into 200 Bags: 8:15 - 8:30
Load food into cars as they drive by: 10:00 - 11:30
End of day: 11:30
Take down tents, tables, chairs, dispose of all trash.
