We’ll be pulling mozzarella from fresh curds to pair with other simply wonderful ingredients. Enjoy a glass of wine and some bites while being equipped to make your own fresh MOOTZ!

This course is open to all levels and will likely be a culinary discussion and demonstration at the Outdoor Kitchen or a Discovery Classroom with light snacks and beverages offered.
