Culinary Class at San Antonio Botanical Garden

This evening, the culinary team dives into one of life’s simplest pleasures, fresh mozzarella!

We’ll be pulling mozzarella from fresh curds to pair with other simply wonderful ingredients. Enjoy a glass of wine and some bites while being equipped to make your own fresh MOOTZ!

This course is open to all levels and will likely be a culinary discussion and demonstration at the Outdoor Kitchen or a Discovery Classroom with light snacks and beverages offered.
