What we’re about

Wishing you all days full of joyfulness and serenity, which becomes more and more sustainable. Thank you for all your support in various ways to help us continue delivering Dharma to a place near you. We'll be holding our meetups on zoom for now so please message me your self-intro at bitadharma22@gmail.com to be on our newsletters for when we're able to meet in-person.

Anyone who has wondered about the following questions will benefit from our meetup sessions:

What's the point of my life repeating the same activities day in, day out?

I keep changing so who am I?

Why is it that my happiness in life never lasts?

I've done many kind acts but they all have backfired on me. What else should I do?

Is life a series of gains and then losses?

Why do we hear so many bad news? How to live a fulfilling life in spite of the negativity that surrounds us.

Buddhism is a teaching that empowers us to practice daily for maximum results. Buddha is the one who attained the highest level of enlightenment that enables one to attain the truth that leads one and all to true and lasting happiness. As we learn the teachings, we also come to gain awareness of our thoughts and the difference between happiness that fades and happiness that does not.

Join us for an informal introduction session and let's get to know each other.

If you have questions about how Buddhism helps with a particular situation in your daily life, feel free to send a message to me and I will make sure to cover them one by one as we advance in our studies.

This meetup event is free for 3 sessions and donations are gladly accepted. In Buddhism, donations are not measured by the amount but by your desire to contribute to a cause greater than ourselves. Thanks to others' generosity, we can sustain these activities for now. It's a beautiful mindset to try to pay it forward. You can support our cause by contributing through PayPal or Venmo at bitadharma22@gmail.com

Although not mandatory, I suggest the following book for our meetup studies if it's possible for you to get it:

Also if you're new to Buddhism, it helps if you watch this video on Buddhism:

Last but not the least, if you're interested but have a schedule conflict, please message me if you'd like a one on one session by offering a contribution. Have a great day everybody and looking forward to many meaningful discussions with you!
