### How does practicing Kung Fu make me a better fighter?

Ving Tsun helps give an average person an advantage in a self-defense situation by helping form hard-wired "good habits", structure, and reflexes into the body through "live" repetition.

### Who can practice Kung Fu?

Ving Tsun is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. It can be practiced by all ages, so everyone in your family can practice it. Kung Fu is adapted to your body type, so anyone with previous injuries can practice it, pain-free and can help you work around your injuries. You can even practice Kung Fu, standing up or sitting down.

### Where do we meet up to learn Kung Fu?

Given that San Pedro Spring Park is too big, we usually meet up in front of San Pedro Library and then walk together to back. We practice next to the Gorge where we learn Kung Fu with the sound of a waterfall.
