Weenie Walk - Riverwalk

We invite you to our Summer Weenies On The Riverwalk walk on July 8th! We will meet at 7:00 PM in the center of Travis Park and begin our walk at 7:15 PM.

From the park, we will proceed down Travis Street to the Riverwalk. Along the Riverwalk, we will take a 15-minute break at River Center Mall before heading up the stairs to our final destination, the Alamo

City-operated parking garages and lots offer free parking on Tuesday evenings. The garage nearest Travis Park is located at 205 East Travis Street, on the corner of Travis and St. Mary's Streets.

There will also be an outdoor showing of the Scooby Doo movie at Hemisfair Park on Tuesday evening. The movie begins at sunset, which should be around the time we finish, should anyone be interested. Hemisfair Park is approximately two blocks from the Alamo.

As a precaution, we'll be using the stairs, and it's recommended to use a harness to keep your dog safely under control.
