Vipassana meditation by zoom from SA followed by a talk and Q&A 6:30 PM

Beginning in Sep 2024 the Yellow Dog Sangha will meet in person at the Unity Church of Wimberley on the first, second, and fourth Monday of each month. We will see if we might coordinate car pools from San Antonio for those who wish to attend in person. The third Monday and every Monday will be a zoom meeting. To receive zoom meeting information, please contact Anita to get on the email list. I am looking forward to seeing how this change might improve our connections and our mindfulness. Thoughts and ideas from all appreciate. All meetings will begin at 6:30 pm, Monday evenings.

The schedule at the Unity Church includes the social time. Please be zooming by 6:20 to have a chance for a brief greeting before the meditation starts.

6:00 - 6:30: social time
6:30 - 7 pm: guided meditation
7 - 7:10 pm: silent break and tea
7:10-7:30 pm: teaching/speaker on Mindfulness or some aspect of Buddhism
7:30-8:00 pm: discussion
