Hey Y'all!

2025 has been a bit of ride. There's lots of things that could have you stressed the hell out. I thought for our first meetup we could get some stuff out of our systems.

So let's scream in the park. I'll guide you through a breathing exercise and we'll do three structured screams together. Then we'll chat and get to know each other. I have plenty of ideas of things I'd like to plan but this isn't just a group for me. I want to hear what kind of restful things you want to do.

After, if you're down for more conversation, we can head to get coffee and chat it up.

Meetup has a limit on how many people can RSVP but feel free to bring a friend!
