Sunday Morning Sound Bath

Start your Sunday in stillness and restoration with a deeply nourishing (Women's-only) Sound Bath experience. You’ll be immersed in soothing vibrations that help calm the nervous system, clear energetic blocks, and invite a sense of peace and renewal.

Some blankets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow for maximum comfort.

Suggested donation: $5-10 appreciated but not required.

This is a casual, home-based gathering. Your presence is the most important thing.
