We will be hearing Lightning Talks from those who are in the SATX SPC T1 Cohort (SAFe Facilitation skills). And...You are also welcome to submit a custom talk.

Here are the Lightning Talk guardrails:

• On a Lean Agile topic
• 5-7 minutes in duration
• Can use slides or other tools in your presentation
• Submissions are open to anyone anywhere
• Submit your Lightning Talk topic by 5/16 to jeffrey.smith.spc@gmail.com

IMPORTANT NOTE: we are shifting the meeting location to, hopefully, a more central location for the wider community. Impact Water (non-profit) has made their office available to our community at no charge.
This is on eastbound Wurzbach road, past Vance Jackson and down the hill on the right, prior to the railroad tracks.

• You drive around to the very back of the parking lot (along the fence line with the neighborhood behind the office complex)
• Walk up the stairs
• Enter the 1st building on the right (you will enter the office in the corner of the hallway)

We will have access to the conference room.

• This more easily enables Zoom and other collaboration capabilities (white boards, etc.)
• We can bring and serve our food, drinks, etc.
