This overview session will discuss the application process, requirements, and topics covered during the SPC Facilitation Lab series.
The SPC Facilitation Lab is a cohort-based learning experience designed for SAFe Practice Consultants who want to elevate their facilitation skills beyond mere content delivery. Over five focused sessions, you'll develop the techniques, presence, and adaptability that define truly impactful facilitators.
Each session combines self-paced learning completed prior to live group discussion and hands-on exercises — giving you the space to absorb new concepts, practice them in a safe environment, and refine your approach with peer feedback.
This isn't a passive course. It's a lab — a place to experiment, get reps, and grow alongside a supportive cohort of fellow SPCs who share your commitment to outcome-based facilitation excellence.
