Social: Pistol Shooting & Dinner

Let's spend an evening casually target shooting at a range followed up with dinner & socializing at a nearby restaurant. We have a fun social group going, and we get pretty rowdy and talkative at dinner.

If this is your first time attending one of our events, please let chris (the event host) know what your experience level is. Please check your meetup direct messages to look for a questionnaire we send out.

RULES:

1. You should have had at least one introductory pistol class, or equivalent experience.
2. All attendees must be able to shoot safely in a lane unsupervised.
3. Please RSVP accurately for the event. Change your RSVP if you are not attending.
4. Two no-shows will result in removal from the group.
5. This is not a dating club. We're a group of friends interested in the shooting sports.

RANGE FEES:

Non-Members:

1. $25 to rent a lane for the whole night.
2. $3 to rent ear and eye protection.
3. Targets are $2.50 each.
4. $15 to rent a firearm.
5. Ammunition is $10 to $40 per box, depending on type.

Nardis Members:
Memberships start at $36 per month. Lane rentals, eye/ear protection, and targets are free if you are a member. It's worth it to get a membership if you plan on attending regularly.

FOUR RULES OF FIREARM SAFETY:

1. Always treat the firearm as if it is loaded.
2. Always keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction.
3. Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target.
4. Be aware of your target and what is behind it.

ATTIRE SAFETY RULES:

1. Wear closed toe shoes.
2. Wear a closed collar shirt.
