#### Who?

San Antonio Toastmasters is open to all members of the community interested in improving their communication and leadership skills.
Our club is affiliated with Toastmasters International, a non-profit, worldwide organization helping members improve their public speaking and leadership skills. Toastmasters International includes more than 320,000 members in more than 14,000 clubs in more than 116 countries.

#### Why?

Everyone, from experienced professionals to the beginning speaker can benefit from our practical, face-to-face learning program. Whether you're speaking to the Board of Directors, your customers, your co-workers, at a job interview, or your kids. Toastmasters can help you do it better. You'll learn and practice in a friendly, comfortable, environment with people who are there for the same reason you are—to become better communicators and/or leaders.

#### How?

At San Antonio Toastmasters, members learn by doing and speaking before an audience in a supportive environment. We believe that we learn best when we enjoy ourselves. We try to give everyone an opportunity to practice conducting meetings, giving impromptu speeches, presenting speeches, and offering constructive evaluations.
