Support Quick Build CCR

Please join us in providing public comment to the Governance Council in support of District 1's Quick Build Council Consideration Request. This policy would ask Public Works and Transportation to work together to implement community requested quick build pilots. We have seen the commitment from Transportation to create more safe infrastructure and know PWD is aligned to. The purpose of this team would have folks dedicated to the installation and maintenance of quick builds that would ideally get us projects on the ground, in a more expedited fashion. Strong Towns was able to provide feedback on this CCR while it was being written and many of our comments are reflected in the legislation!
