Native Culinary Heritage: Book Signing & Exhibit
Join the World Heritage Office for a special evening with Chef Adán Medrano and photographer JoMando Cruz. Medrano will briefly discuss his new Texas Mexican Plant-Based Cookbook featuring photography by JoMando Cruz. Then, guests can explore an outdoor exhibit showcasing the book's stunning imagery while enjoying samples of the flavorful recipes. Attendees can also purchase a copy of the book and have it signed by Medrano that night. This unique event brings together stories, photography, and cuisine that highlight traditions from Coahuiltecan, Karankawa, Apache, and other Indigenous communities.

I would love for us to support this first of its kind event hosted by the World Heritage Center. This is free event and there is free parking onsite. Tastings will be limited but vegan!
