Being SOS-free means you are striving to eliminate all salt, oil, and sugar from your diet. Consequently, you will not add these to your plate or your food while cooking.

We welcome everyone, regardless of dietary preference, to share an SOS-free plant-based meal (a meal free of animal products, salt, sugar and oil) while learning about a more compassionate lifestyle. If you are new to SOS-free or seasoned "salt free" (pun intended), join others in our community for a delicious plant based meal, fun and interesting conversation!

Please bring:
• A whole food, plant-based dish (preferably free of added sugar, salt, and oil)
• A copy of your recipe or a list of the ingredients, to allow those with food allergies to eat safely
• Your own drink, reusable/recyclable plate, bowl, and utensils
