Yoga & Parent Garden Day

Join us for a relaxing morning of Yoga for parents with an IE Loves Yoga instructor from 9:00-10:00 am.

Then from 10am-11am, join us for Parent gardening. During this time, it will allow you to spend some time connecting with plants, soil, and nature. All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring anything extra you want to plant, or pots to put seeds into!

Join us at KITS Club to soak in great information, meet other parents, and have some relaxing "me time".

Also Included: Free childcare available for those parents' attending sessions. Childcare is only available for the duration of program by MHHF Staff. A light meal will be provided in between all sessions.
