Yoga & Parent Support Group

Join us for a relaxing morning of Yoga for parents with IE Loves Yoga instructor/owner Krista McPhail from 9:00-10:00 am.

Then from 10am-11am, please join us for a time to share stories and ask questions about parenthood with trusted counselor in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Join us at KITS Club to learn great information, meet other parents, and have some relaxing "me time".

Also Included: Free childcare available for those parents' attending sessions. Childcare is only available for the duration of program by MHHF Staff. A light meal will be provided in between all sessions.
