Yoga & Technology & Development Presentation

Join us for a relaxing morning of Yoga for parents with IE Loves Yoga instructor/owner Krista McPhail from 9:00-10:00 am.

Then from 10am-11am, Lisa Prieto from Victor Valley Services joins us for a presentation on Technology & Child Development. Come hear about the impact tablets, phones, and other screen time has on your kids in the early stages of their life.

Join us at KITS Club to learn great information, meet other parents, and have some relaxing "me time".

Also Included: Free childcare available for those parents' attending sessions. Childcare is only available for the duration of program by MHHF Staff. A light meal will be provided in between all sessions.
