Yoga & Zumbini

Join us for a relaxing morning of Yoga for parents with an IE Loves Yoga instructor from 9:00-10:00 am.

Then from 10am-11am, join us for another day with Alma Frisk, our favorite Zumbini instructor! Enjoy some music and dancing during this fun family Zumba session.

Join us at KITS Club to soak in great information, meet other parents, and have some relaxing "me time".

Also Included: Free childcare available for those parents' attending sessions. Childcare is only available for the duration of program by MHHF Staff. A light meal will be provided in between all sessions.
