Mention Discount code SDOP when you RSVP or message Randy. This on-site workshop starts with a 30-minute lesson on photography basics and camera setup. I can alter the lersson to meet your needs. You will learn about your camera settings and how pros properly set for exposure for various habitats and wildlife. Our journey then begins as we will spend a minimum of 2.5 hours (typically more) of actual on-site photography, where you’ll receive personal assistance and additional instruction and tips. I’ll demonstrate various techniques to take frame worthy wildlife photos, including composition and focusing techniques. You will even learn how to make fences disappear in your photographs. Appointment times and Payment directions will be provided after RSVP or via website.

• What to bring
Required equipment. DSLR camera: (please indicate which camera you have prior lesson)
Recommended: Telephoto fixed or zoom lens with at least 200mm focal length.
Optional: Tripod or monopod (not required)

• Important to know
Workshop includes:
• Entrance to Safari Park or Zoo.
• Pre-workshop emails with instruction on what to expect and bring.
• Lesson worksheets via PDF.
• Special camera settings that professionals use.
• Tips and techniques for amazing photographs, including post-processing considerations.
• Personal one on one instruction and guidance (min 2 hours) (typically more)
• You can remain at the Safari Park or zoo until closing.
