Newer Players: American Mah Jongg

This is the first Maj event at Elijah’s for 2026. Please be prepared to pay your $10. Annual Meetup Fee.

American Mah Jongg at Elijah’s for newer players. You need to have completed classes or know how to play in order to participate. Bring your 2025 NMJL Card. There won’t be instruction, but we will help if you have a question or need clarification on a rule.

Play starts at 11:00 in the private back room. We order lunch around 12, continue play and stop to eat around 12:30; play continues until 3:00. You must order lunch to participate.

Minimum of 4 players required.

It is now 2026! The annual $10.00 Meetup fee is payable at the event.

We need 2 players to bring a table mat and Maj set. Please comment if you can bring them.
