Join SDARI for an evening with Paulette Cooper and Tony Ortega.

Paulette Cooper wrote The Scandal of Scientology (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Scandal_of_Scientology) in 1971. Shortly after that, the Church of Scientology began campaigns of harassment to discredit and deter her criticism. It did not, but their methods were shocking and appalling.

Tony Ortega's recently released book, The Unbreakable Miss Lovely (http://www.amazon.com/Unbreakable-Miss-Lovely-Scientology-Paulette/dp/1511639377/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1431622122&sr=1-1), details her experiences. Mr Ortega was also recently featured in the HBO special, Going Clear. Ms Cooper and Mr Ortega will be discussing his book and talking about their experiences with the church.
