Charlas (pláticas) Sobre la Muerte /Death Chats

Ven y acompáñanos a conversar sobre temas relacionados con el proceso de transición de muerte. Estas charlas virtuales e informales son impartidas en un espacio seguro, y presentadas en inglés y español. Su anfitriona, Eva Navarrete, Consultora y Planificadora de Cuidados Médicos Anticipados, se unirá a otros profesionales con conocimientos y experiencia en el tema de la muerte

Aprenderemos sobre la importancia de planificar y prepararse para una mejor calidad de vida, y hablaremos sobre los tipos de tratamientos de soporte vital, tales como la resucitación cardiopulmonar, (RCP), máquinas para ayudar le a respirar, alimentación artificial, y otros tratamientos.

Please join us to have a discussion about the process of death and end of life transition. These virtual and casual chats are provided in a safe space and presented in English and Spanish. Your host, Eva Navarrete, end-of-life doula, will be joined by other knowledgeable and experienced professionals in the community.
We will learn about the importance of planning and preparing for a preferable quality of life and discuss life-sustaining treatments such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), breathing machines, artificial feeding, and other treatments. We hope to see you!
