About the Speaker:
Lenska Bracknell, is a real estate broker and is an ADU Certified part of the Crest Backyard Homes team. Lenska started out as a fix & flip investor 20 years ago and currently has a diversified portfolio of single, multi-family & short-term vacation rentals. She also does private money lending and provides gap funding for ADU construction.
Lenska brings decades of investing, construction and real estate experience to the table and is always ready, willing and able to strap on a tool belt, and jump into the trenches. She will work diligently and relentlessly to bring a project in on time and within budget. She provides professional site overviews and evaluations for any ADU project from conception to completion.
Lenska offers monthly investor tours in different San Diego neighborhoods, evaluating houses and searching for deals. Catch an episode of her monthly real estate market updates or watch some of the drone footages she took as a licensed drone pilot.
