Lindsey is the owner of Chakra Pilates and Wellness Studio in San Diego, CA. She is a somatic educator, nationally certified Pilates teacher, and yoga instructor, holding additional credentials in Somatic Embodiment and Functional Movement Systems. Having practiced Pilates for 29 years, her approach is to explore movement practices and the mind-body connection in depth.
