Potato Chip Rock via FK (Fry Koegel) Trail

Update Due to the rains we've been getting and are supposed to be getting today and tomorrow, we don't want to be hiking and slip sliding in the mud, so I am rescheduling this.

Finally getting this on the calendar!

This is a challenging hike. Bring plenty of water, a hat (the trail is exposed) and your patience, as sometimes there's a wait to take a photo on the rock. It's approximately 7.2 miles roundtrip with ~2,000 ft elevation gain.

This is the route that is closest to the Mt. Woodson Golf course.

I'd recommend getting there 15 min early to find parking along Hwy 67.
