Three NEW Balboa Park walking tours resume in January and February 2020:
We will do three new walking tours in Balboa Park Saturday January 18, Sunday, January 19, February8 and 9, and February29 and March 1. New content for all tours. 9 AM start. Guides will have PA systems.
This tour focuses on the critically threatened historic structures in the 1915 Panama-California Exhibition Central Mesa area of our Park. We will also present details of a needed permanent funding source for the Park thru a
small increase in the hotel room tax.
Tour guide Vonn Marie May has a vast reservoir of knowledge and a passion for our Park. She will also have an amplified voice.
David Lundin will also be there , adding a bit, and taking notes because Vonn knows more than he does.
