North county Underwriting a 150+ unit out of state multi family

New small group event for Sunday, April 16, 2023 discussing multifamily underwriting. We'll be at the Panera in Solana Beach.

In this episode we will walk thru the underwriting process for an $10M 150+ unit out of state property.

This is one we took a look at but unfortunately couldn't come to terms on with the seller a few months ago. We're going to quickly walk through the opportunity we saw, the market, rent rolls and Financials, pull some rent comps, come up with some possibilities, plug it all into the ole underwriting spreadsheet workbook and see how we could have made it work.
