Community Science Workshop at Kendall-Frost Reserve

Details
## Details
Join the Friends of Rose Creek to learn how you and your family can engage in Community Science and crowd source data for researchers around the globe.
This hands-on in-the-field-training will use iNaturalist and eBird to document the biodiversity of the Kendall-Frost Marsh.
We’ll spend 15 minutes reviewing why Community Science is critically important and then we will get to work outside documenting plants, bugs, and birds.
Enjoy our long summer evenings and contribute to biodiversity science.
Perfect for all ages. Each participant or small group should bring a smart phone or camera.
If you can, download iNaturalist and/or eBird ahead of time from the usual places. Or if you need help, just bring your device and we will assist. Or bring a camera and upload your photos from your computer at home after the event.
