DIY Dog Food Workshop

We welcome everyone, whether it’s your first time making dog food or your 100th!

Real Dog Box is hosting this intimate workshop to teach you how to formulate a DIY meal for your pup. The fee is $20 (non-refundable), this can be used to go towards a free bag of treats or the option to purchase the food you make for $5/lb. We'll be preparing 10 pounds of food, and the session will run for about 1.5 hours.

After the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to privately shop our single-ingredient treats and chews, all made in-house and gently air-dried.

If you have a service animal, please notify the host in advance so accommodations can be made.

Muscle meats, organ meats, seafood, bones, and fur/fiber.

This is a hands-on class where you’ll work with raw ingredients to make your own dog’s food.

We’ll go over:
Different methods of making raw dog food
How to transition your dog to raw
How to calculate your dog’s feeding amount
The benefits each ingredient adds to the meal
How to source ingredients on your own

We'll provide cutting boards, aprons, scales, knives, and gloves.

You're encouraged to bring paper and something to write with for notes.

Our goal is to help you feel more confident making your dog's food at home by showing you just how simple and affordable it can be!
