Hello, we’re having a 2026 January vegan potluck lunch. All dishes should be no SOS —No Gluten, No Salt, No Oil, No refined sugar—which are Dr. Fuhrman recommendations. Anyone who has been to Optimum Health Institute is especially welcome to attend. (This is at a private residence so we will need your name and photo for security reasons.)
