Taping to release anxiety

Happy Monday! have a good start of the week with an open heart, by practicing eft tapping and Ho'oponopono to release stress and anxiety together for an hour.
in the first 30 min of the meeting we will get introduced to each other and have brief talk and introduction about eft and Ho'oponopono. the next hour is practicing .
It is important to have no expectations, everyone's experience with the method is different.
Actually the more we practice the more we will learn about this deep method. for example if someone describes shrimp or sushi to us in thousand lectures we will never know how it is like until we taste it.
And tasting this method takes time.
