Happy Monday! have a good start of the week with an open heart, by meeting new people and practicing eft tapping and Ho'oponopono together in a friendly environment .
eft (emotional freedom technique ) is a well known method that helps reduce stress hormones and calm the nervous system by tapping on certain meridian points of the body .
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian prayer for forgiveness and reconciliation meaning making it right ,by taking responsibility , clearing the data that causes us to experience suffering,repeating 4 phrases (I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you , I love you ) empowers the feelings of love ,peace , emotional clarity and connection to our true divine self.
In the first 30 min of the meeting we will get introduced to each other and have a brief talk and introduction about eft and Ho'oponopono. the next hour will be divided into 4 rounds of tapping (15 minutes each) . feel free to practice all the hour or only 15 minutes or more according to how you feel
like, I will be there tapping for the hour .
It is important to have no expectations, everyone's experience with the method is different.
Actually the more we practice the more we will learn about this deep method.
