The Human Energy Field 101--What is it Anyway?

DESCRIPTION: Learn the basics of the human energy system, from the physical body to energy fields (auras) to the connection to the universe. The class will provide an overview of the types of energy centers, such as meridians, chakras, and extended fields, and how they work with you personally and interact with others. In class we will discuss the different ways one can experience and read other's energy by examining empathic vs. intuitive and what the clairs-- clairsentient, claircognizant, clairaudient mean.
The class will include multiple modalities of energy healing philosophies, along with live demonstrations. Further, some self-energy techniques for grounding and ways to keep energetically centered will be taught.
This is a first-level 101-type class. Additional, more specific, classes will be added as requested and interest.
Munchies, snacks, and light breakfast appetizers will be served.

WHAT TO BRING:
1. Yoga mat and blanket (if you have one)
2. Reusable water bottle
3. Clothing layers to add or remove for comfort
4. Pen and paper or notebook
