Virtual ET Support Group Meeting

Living with Essential Tremor can feel isolating, but you don't have to navigate it alone.
The San Diego ET Support Group is a welcoming community where people living with Essential Tremor — along with family members and caregivers — can connect, share experiences, and learn from each other in a supportive environment.
Each month, we meet over Zoom to discuss different topics related to ET. Conversations often include personal stories, tips for managing symptoms, experiences with medications and treatments, lifestyle strategies, and updates on new research. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, exploring treatment options, or simply looking for a place where others understand what you’re going through, you’ll find support and connection here.
