PARKING: Free! MCAS Miramar has 3 gates: West/North/East, attendants will be present at all gates to direct you to parking. If you have a disabled plate/placard, use West or North Gate (disabled parking is first-come, first-serve). Shuttles to the Flight Line are available from all parking lots.

Hi everyone! We’re headed to the Miramar Air Show for a fun day of planes and flying demonstrations!

EVENT DETAILS:
The Miramar Air Show is a great place to get a close-up look at lots of military hardware and the people that use them! There are also plenty of vendors selling souvenirs, toys and food. Keep an eye out for Wild Bill’s soda, they’re top-notch and have great commemorative mugs per event (they were even at Further Confusion 2019!)

FURSUITS: Not advisable at this event
Fursuits are technically not prohibited, but non-transparent bags and cases ARE, so it’s best to limit this event to tails and ears if you’d like to wear those.

PROHIBITED STUFF:

• Bags, purses, totes, backpacks, and other types of baggage other than bags conforming to the Clear Bag Policy will not be permitted.
• Weapons of any kind (regardless of permit) to include but not limited to: firearms, knives (including pocket knives and multi-tools), replica or toy weapons, pepper spray, mace, stun guns, and martial arts weapons.
• Outside alcoholic beverages.
• Ice chests or coolers that are not medically required.
• Pets, other than service animals. • Glass containers.
• Bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, (kick and electric) scooters, skateboards, or hoverboards.
• Personal drones (quad or hexacopters). • Lasers or laser pointers.
• Tents, pop-ups, canopies. Hand umbrellas are allowed, but are NOT authorized in the Grandstands or Box Seating at any time.
• Tailgating/BBQ.
• Federally banned substances such as illicit narcotics.
