What we’re about
Our goal is to promote collaborative work on family tree building in a fun, supportive setting. That means we will meet and work together on our own trees and help each other learn strategies, become familiar with different record collections, and break through brick walls. All skill/experience levels are welcome. So bring your laptop, your documents, photos, and questions, and we will grow those trees!
Meeting locations are to be determined, but we will meet at sites that have an internet connection available and enough table space to accommodate the group. You must be willing to help other members of the group and learn from other members of the group as well. While it isn't required, you will experience the most success if you are willing to build a tree online at one of the many genealogy sites such as Ancestry.com or Familysearch.org. Come check us out and see if we are a match for your research/learning style.
