Golden Friends: Walk, talk, window shop & lunch at the Fashion Valley Mall

Come down to the Fashion Valley Mall to join Golden Friends. Sure! You could have this outing by yourself, but why not be social and join Golden Friends for a casual get-together instead?

It is important to maintain social connections for overall health. fostering friendshps and social bonds can be a lifesaving measure! So make sure to reach out and connect with others -- your health depends on it! You may even learn something new in the process which helps with neuroplasticity!

We will meet in front of True Food Kitchen restaurant at 10am for some walking, talking and window shopping. Then we will return to the True Food Kitchen for lunch at 11:30 am.
