We will discuss and practice ways to develop a deeper connection to plants and nature. By shifting from a a mindset of “using” an herb for a particular ailment to being in relationship with plants and nature we can open ourselves to healing, receiving messages, and guidance to live a more peaceful and purposeful life.

We will meet at the Penasquitos Ranch House near the tables and walk about a quarter mile along the trail. We will find a sit spot so bring a blanket, chair or whatever you need to be comfortable. We will share herb tea while discussing how to connect with nature from a perspective of reciprocity.

Please bring a cup for tea, journal, water, blanket/chair and sun protection.
