Tea Ceremony and Plant Meditation

Cultivate inner peace by developing a deeper connection to nature. During the herbal tea ceremony we will explore the energetics of the plants and the guidance we can receive from the plant kingdom. By shifting from a a mindset of “using” an herb for a particular ailment to being in relationship with plants and nature we can open ourselves to healing, receiving messages, and guidance to live a more peaceful and purposeful life.

We will meet at the Los Peñasquitos Ranch House amphitheater near the goat pens.

Please bring a cup for tea, a journal, and sun protection.

This is a reoccurring event usually occurring on the second Sunday if the month.
