Improv is a fun way to develop quicker reflexes, build confidence, foster creativity, and increase spontaneity - not to mention connect with other fun loving people! Above all, improv is really FUN.
In this introduction to improv workshop we'll play some games, laugh a lot, and uncover some of the reasons that people of all ages are falling in love with improv. The games we'll play will be easy and fun exercises to explore saying yes to each other and ourselves, and practice getting out of heads and into our playful selves.
No prior experience with improv needed. All you need is to bring an open mind and a willingness to play!
This event is FREE but you are encouraged to contribute a small amount at the end of the workshop to help us keep offering these events!
The class will be held in a new Improv theater at the heart of Liberty Station's arts district. There are fun shops and restaurants to hang at before and after, plus parking is SUPER easy!
