In Fill Development Walk Through

Join us for an hour on site at 3312 Luna Avenue for a guided, in-person walk-through of a just-completed infill development in San Diego. We took an aging duplex and turned it into a seven-unit rental property, and now that construction is wrapped, we are opening the doors for a close-up look before the units go to lease.
This is a walk-and-talk tour, not a lecture. You will see the finished units, the site layout, and the design and energy choices that went into the project, and you will have plenty of room to ask questions along the way.
Whether you are an investor curious about the infill and ADU model, a fellow developer, a neighbor, or just someone who likes seeing how a real project comes together, you are welcome.
Come dressed for a construction-adjacent site: closed-toe shoes are required, and we recommend comfortable clothing you do not mind getting a little dusty.
