With a career spanning over 20 years in various dance disciplines as a dancer, teacher, trainer, choreographer and performer, Oscar B.A. is regarded as one of the pioneering Kizomba Teachers and DJs in the North American Kizomba scene. A dancer, dance teacher, and DJ focusing on training dancers, mentoring DJs and Kizomba dance teachers with a focus on building thriving social dance communities. He runs Sawa Sawa Kizomba Festival in Washington DC, the longest running Kizomba Festival in North America. He has taught and/or DJ’d at all the major Kizomba events in North America.
