~~ How fluent do I need to be? ~~
You don't have to be an advanced speaker of a different language, all levels are fine! We believe that making friends with people who speak the language you want to learn is the most important step to becoming fluent.
~~What's the format of the event?~~
This is a low-structure event! We find a cool venue and provide tags for you to indicate 1) which languages you speak, 2) what place you want to visit next. You guys take it from there.
~~What's the cost?~~
No charge!
~~Why do you put these events together?~~
We're inspired by language exchange. How cool is it that people want to learn each others languages and cultures? And that we accept people into our cultures who want to participate? There was no language exchange event in SD so we made one!
