Welcome to the Marriage & Family Therapist Referral & Collaboration Network — a professional community for LMFTs, AMFTs, and relationally focused clinicians who want to build meaningful connections, strengthen referral relationships, and grow sustainable practices together.

Many therapists are looking for community and referrals, but end up in spaces that feel surface-level or unstructured. This group is intentionally designed to foster real professional relationships, thoughtful conversation, and practical collaboration.

Whether you are in solo private practice, part of a group practice, or working toward launching your own, this group offers a space to:

Get to know other clinicians as people and professionals
Exchange referrals and build trusted referral pathways
Share best practices around couples work, relational therapy, and practice growth
Learn from occasional guest speakers or topic-focused discussions

Meetings will be held approximately once per month and will include light structure, guided introductions, and time for conversation and connection. This is not a therapy group or supervision group, but a professional networking and collaboration space.
