**Continuous Optimization**

We have a new book club to discuss the classic *Mathematics for Machine Learning*. This a fantastic book to learn fundamentals or deepen your understanding of the math that underlies most of ML. A PDF copy of the book is available at [https://mml-book.github.io/](https://mml-book.github.io/).

This session will discuss chapter 7 about continuous optimization. This material does not depend heavily on previous chapters. New people are welcome to join.

Please join us in person or online. To get the most out of this session, try to read the chapter and do the exercises. Come to the meetup with a question.
